For more than thirty-five years Mr. Anderson, the founder and owner of ETCetera International, has developed business in the Middle East between GCC and US based companies working both in the industrial and health care sectors. In 2006 in cooperation with the International Director of the American Heart Association, Anderson began to assist the AHA with their GCC business development. The first regional training material distribution agreement was agreed between AHA and Gulf Group of Kuwait inclusive of all GCC countries. Dr. Mohamed Hammad was hired by Gulf Group to manage the AHA business relationship and elevated AHA’s approximately twenty-five training centers to more than two hundred by 2020. Beginning in 2021, led by Dr. Hammad in partnership with ETCetera International, ASHI began to improve its presence in the MENA region through a similar business development partnership. ASHI’s training curriculum is compliant with ILCOR guidelines, the same medical science guidance utilized by the AHA. Additionally ETCetera International has a business development agreement with US based American Emergency Vehicles (AEV) for the State of Kuwait and has supplied multiple ambulances to the Kuwait Ministry of Health over the past decade.

Anderson taught Global Business Development and International Marketing at Texas-based Baylor University for fifteen years and served as the liaison between Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business and Baylor College of Medicine. He serves as an advisor to Dr. James N’Dow of Aberdeen University (Scotland) and Horizons Trust and its greenfield clinic in The Gambia

Mr. Anderson studied at Baylor University (undergraduate) and Arizona State University's Thunderbird School of Global Management (graduate). He now serves as Vice Chair of the North Texas District Export Council and is a board member of the National Association of District Export Councils. There are 61 District Export Councils in the US with fifteen hundred members who are all vetted and confirmed by the US Government’s Department of Commerce in one of the oldest public-private partnerships within the US government.

Dr. Ahmad Al-Shatti

Dr. Ahmad Al-Shatti is a consultant physician in public health, in Occupational and Environmental medicine. Currently he is the director of EMS Emergency Medical services. Previously he served as: Director of occupational health department, Ahmadi health area, Sabah medical specialization area and the Ex spokesperson of ministry of Health.

He is a senior lecturer in Kuwait faculty of medicine and faculty of public health at Kuwait university. He is chairperson of (KSOEM) Kuwait Society of Occupational and Environmental medicine. Regionally he is the Ex- coordinator for GCCc OH&S Committee. He is STC Short term consultant in occupational health and safety and environmental health and CBI health city project in both WHO and ILO. Dr Shatti is the secretary General of Ghiras the Kuwait Awareness Association against drugs.

Dr. Al Shatti is a Known Public Health figure, locally, regionally, and internationally and social activist against smoking, alcohol, Drugs and RTA.

Dr. Al Hasan is a graduate of the Royal College of Surgeon in Ireland with honors degree. She joined the Family Medicine Residency program and became a family medicine register and worked as family medicine partitioner for 4 years. She then completed her Master degree in Paramedicine & Critical care in Edith Cowan University, Australia. Followed by her PhD in Southampton University, United Kingdom

Dalal Alhasan is currently an assistant professor in Department of Emergency Medical services, College of Health Sciences, Public Authority of Applied Education and training, State of Kuwait.

Dr. Alhasan is passionate about prehospital care, many of her publications are in the field of EMS and primary care; cardiac arrest, severe hypoglycemia, hypertensive emergencies, syncope and food allergies.

She is also WHO TOT in emergency care, American Safety & Health institute instructor and a and a member in many national and international associations.

Capt. Hatem is an instructor pilot and the Chief of Operations and Training of Al Safwa Security and Defense Systems Company. He has 30 years of experience as a pilot of different types of aircrafts.

Dr. David Page, MS, NRP, IPR-A is the director of the Prehospital Care Research Forum at UCLA and field paramedic with Allina EMS in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. He serves as the chair of the International Paramedic Registry. He has over 39 years of EMS street experience and still loves working his ambulance shifts the best.

Mr. Page is the director of the Prehospital Care Research Forum at UCLA and active field paramedic with Allina Health EMS in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. He serves as the current and founding chair of the International Paramedic Registry assessment and credentialing board. He has over 39 years of continuous EMS street experience.

Mr. Page is an award-winning national and international speaker. He was awarded the 2019 Scott B. Frame Service Award for his work teaching prehospital care in developing nations. He was also awarded the NAEMT president’s award in 2017, the prestigious Pinnacle National Leadership Award in 2016, and the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities "Educator of the Year" award in 2011. In 2012 he recognized as one of the EMS 10 Innovators for his role in creating the Saint Paul Fire Department’s EMS academy and Freedom House BLS unit, a project focused on helping low-income inner-city youth succeed.

Mr. Page holds a Master of Science degree in education from Minnesota State University. He helped create, coordinate, and teach the Inver Hills Community College’s paramedic degree program for 24 years.
